CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. However, to ensure protection of our small business and fairness to our stylists, beauticians and other clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and will be deducted from your final bill upon completion of your appointment.

  • Any appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your 30% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service price.

  • If your appointment is rescheduled before the 48hour cut off, your deposit will be carried over to your rescheduled appointment.

  • No-shows could be subject to a 50% cancellation fee and will not be able to make a further appointment until this is paid.
